Shipping Policy
For orders to be shipped within the Philippines, shipping costs are free of charge.
For orders to be shipped outside the Philippines, shipping fees are calculated based on your location. The shipping fee will be calculated upon checkout. Please note that the shipping fee shown for international orders already covers up to a maximum of 2 bags.
Standard shipping timelines:
- Metro Manila: 3 to 7 business days.
- Outside Metro Manila (Provincial): 7 to 14 business days
- International Shipping: 7 to 14 business days
- Pre-orders: Shipping timelines depend on when LOMAFE receives the products. An announcement will be made when the items arrive and are ready to be shipped.
Same-day delivery requests within Metro Manila: the client shall shoulder all shipping costs, and will be responsible for arranging the booking of their preferred third-party courier. Once the item has been released to the client’s chosen courier, LOMAFE shall not be held liable for any delays, loss or damage that may occur during transit.
Same-day delivery request is available only on business days (Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM), excluding weekends and holidays. To process a same-day delivery request, the clients must provide their confirmed order number by sending us a direct message through our official Instagram account @lomafeofficial.
For provincial and international orders, once items are forwarded to our entrusted third-party courier, LOMAFE shall not be held liable for any loss, delay, or damage during transit. All delivery concerns must be addressed directly with the courier.
In cases of natural calamities or sudden declarations of Philippine non-working holidays, please expect slight delays.
