We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return only if the item is found to have a damage upon receipt. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, with tags intact, and in its original, undamaged packaging. Proof of purchase and clear photo or video evidence of the damage upon receipt are required.

Please note that returns and refunds will not be accepted for reasons other than product damage.

Return shipping costs are shouldered by the buyer.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@lomafe.com and include photos and videos as proof that the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges / change of items
All sales made on the website are considered final and can no longer be modified after the order is placed.

Refunds
We will notify you once we received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. We do not offer cash refunds. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded by store credits equivalent to your original amount paid within 14 business days.

2. Protect from Moisture: If wet, blot and air dry away from heat. Store in a cool, dry place with the original dust bag.
3. Avoid Scratches: Keep away from sharp objects.
4. Limit Sun Exposure: Store in a shaded area to prevent fading.
5. Handle Carefully: Stuff with tissue when stored and don’t overload to maintain shape.
6. Avoid clothing stains: Avoid rubbing against fragile or lightly colored clothing. Dark-colored dyes from clothing can migrate onto light-colored leathers.
