Leather Care and Maintenance

Your LOMAFE product is a timeless investment in elegance and style. To preserve its beauty and longevity:

  • Clean Regularly: Use a soft, dry cloth to gently remove dust and surface dirt.
  • Protect from Moisture: As much as possible, keep your bag away from rain and excessive humidity. If it gets wet, blot gently with a dry cloth and allow it to air dry naturally, away from direct heat or sunlight. Store it in a cool, dry place with its original dust bag.
  • Avoid Scratches and Rough Surfaces: Keep your bag away from sharp objects, rough textures, and abrasive surfaces that may scratch or damage the leather.
  • Limit Sun Exposure: Store your bag in a shaded area when not in use to help prevent fading, discoloration, or drying of the material.
  • Handle and Store Carefully: Stuff the bag with tissue or soft filler when stored to help maintain its shape. Avoid overloading, as excessive weight may affect the structure and form of the bag.
  • Avoid Clothing Stains and Color Transfer: Avoid rubbing the bag against fragile, dark-colored, or lightly colored clothing. Dyes from clothing, especially denim or dark fabrics, may transfer onto light-colored leather.

Shipping Information

 

Philippine orders, shipping costs are free of charge.

International orders, shipping fees are calculated based on your location. The shipping fee will be calculated upon checkout. Please note that the shipping fee shown for international orders already covers up to a maximum of 2 bags. Customs duties and fees are the recipient's responsibility and may vary by country based on the order value and local tax regulations.

Standard shipping timelines:
  • Metro Manila: 3 to 7 business days. 
  • Outside Metro Manila (Provincial): 7 to 14 business days
  • International Shipping: 7 to 14 business days
  • Pre-orders: Shipping timelines depend on when LOMAFE receives the products. An announcement will be made when the items arrive and are ready to be shipped.
*Definition: A business day refers to Tuesdays to Fridays excluding weekends and special non-working holidays.

Same-day delivery requests within Metro Manila:
  • Client shall shoulder all shipping costs
  • Client is responsible for arranging the pick-up booking of their preferred third-party courier.
  • Client to provide the confirmed order number by sending a direct message to our official Instagram account @lomafeofficial
  • This SDD service is only available from Tuesdays to Sundays, 11:00AM to 5:00PM.
  • Once the item is released to the client’s chosen courier, LOMAFE shall not be held liable for any delays, loss or damage that may occur during transit.

For provincial and international orders, once items are forwarded to our entrusted third-party courier (LBC Express and DHL Express), LOMAFE shall not be held liable for any loss, delay, or damage during transit. All delivery concerns must be addressed directly with the courier.

In cases of natural calamities or sudden declarations of Philippine non-working holidays, please expect slight delays.

Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return only if the item is found to have a damage or a defect upon receipt

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in original, unused and in the same condition you received it
  • Have all tags attached and intact
  • Be in its original, undamaged packaging
  • Present proof of purchase and clear photo or video evidence of the damage upon receipt.

Please note that returns and refunds will not be accepted for reasons other than product damage.

Return shipping costs are shouldered by the buyer. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@lomafe.com and include photos and videos as proof that the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges / change of items
All sales made on the website are considered final and can no longer be modified after the order is placed.

Refunds
Once your returned item has been received, our team will inspect it to confirm whether it meets our return eligibility requirements. We will notify you once the inspection has been completed and whether the return has been accepted.

If the return is accepted, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10–14 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank, payment provider, or card issuer.

LOMAFE reserves the right to refuse any return or refund request if the item does not meet our return requirements, shows signs of use, mishandling, stains, odor, or missing packaging.
